    AirPort Express question

I'll have to try something on mine. I have two airport expresses to create wireless zones in my house off my gigabit network. I will try to do something next week as I will be out of town thursday through sunday running a car show. If ya still are interested, I'll do some legwork and get back.

HTIP - Home Theater In Progress

Wow, room is looking good! yeah, those mounts don't have much wiggle room, but they're bout all that's out there for some heavier bookshelf speakers. I'm with the others....if ya need more angle, put a thin wedge under em and then clamp/screw them in place.

Hmmm? maybe an upgrade in my near future....

Yeah...I'm working on that. Have been since designing the room. The walls are not parallel as it seems in the pictures, but the room actually narrow toward the front like an auditorium. I have raised the center as much as I could from the pics and am designing the side speaker stands to raise...

Hmmm? maybe an upgrade in my near future....

Well, my wife went and bought a whole house rainsoft water treatment getup. Of course, it's the best they sell. Won't be getting dual or single subs in the near future..... :angry-tappingfoot: Yeah, jeff, all is splendid in my neck of the woods. We all need to get back to a great restaurant again!

    DIY equipment stand

Yeah. I went with this route because I was filling it with sand and it is pretty sturdy for the application. It is solid as built. I will be making my front speaker stands shortly and they will be made of steel..

    XBox hacked!

It is amazing what can happen when you do a couple things on xbox... 1. give out information 2. get into a hacked private room with a guy hosting through an actual desktop computer. I have had friends fall prey to the free points scam and they are still made fun of...almost as much as one who...

Hmmm? maybe an upgrade in my near future....

Seriously, guys. Look at that little old sub in the front of the room. It does a fair job pressurizing, but I feel the need for more. I am leaning toward the hsu.

Hmmm? maybe an upgrade in my near future....

I have an old Miller and Kreisel 1250THX. It is over ten years old and I think I may (want) need a new subwoofer. I have been reading Bats thread, a couple of online reviews, and a magazine review of the HSU vtf-15h and am very impressed. I have also looked around at the subs by Rythmik...

    new HSU VTF-15H

Yep, been thinking about getting one of these. They rep out pretty good all over the net. I wonder if it will do any better than my M&K 1250THX in my sealed room?

    Batcave Walkthru

I'm not too sure about home magazines. With custom truck and car magazines the editor/photographers want to get the first feature and really don't wanna have them feature as a main vehicle in another magazine. If you have a feature vehicle it is best to talk to all the photographers and then the...

    lawdog2k's theater room

Thank you, Sir. We had been given a budget of $35/yd for carpet. We picked some out. The mill told the supplier/installer it would be a while (long time) before they would be milling what we wanted. Builder/Supplier/Mill hashed it out and asked if we would like it instead ($49/yd) at no extra...
