Do you Roku?

I've only used it for Netflix to this point, but Hulu + is gaining my interest.

I haven't been looking into these devices too much, but now that I have a Cysco wireless router spraying my DNA with radiation, I could easily add one of these things, IF someone can answer my question:
I have no easy way to route an Ethernet cable from my router in the basement to the main floor; is there some kind of wireless receiver that can plug into the Ethernet port of the Roku or any other similar device? Sorry about the noob question...

The Roku XD|S model has duel band wireless N, so I really don't think there's a need to run cat5/6.
