Had an architect buddy come in and take a look at completely redoing the basement.
Was going to demo the bar and build a dedicated room where the bar currently is.
Having him figure out where to put the bar common area etc. to maximize room and efficiency.
Well, I started looking at taxes and we may to pay a bit of capital gains because we sold 2 houses (hers and mine) in one calendar year. This could hurt a bit and my preliminary numbers look to be about the same as the HT budget.
