It's really close to what we were going to build. 1965 sq ft up and 1500 finished down with a walkout basement.

We are pretty excited all while crapping down both legs at the same time.

Does it have a fireplace?

LMAO, it actually has 2 fireplaces and wood burning stove but they shouldnt interfere with wherever display(s) or HT stuff will go.

There is actually a big display hanging over the fireplace in the living room already so that saves me some trouble.

Seriously Randy, I think you need to do a better job of pacing yourself. You're setting a bar of expectation that is going to be really hard to sustain! At this pace 10 years out you will be solving world hunger and living on the moon.
