What are you watching via streaming?

I think I misfingered my remote after the PBS Newhour. Ran into a show called Office Space. Never seen it before, but I recognized so many memes. Realized it was a movie, not a series, so watched the whole thing. Brought so many memories back of floppies, printers, and evil bosses, not sure if I'll fall asleep smilin', or wake up screaming outta a nightmare. Mebbe both.

The Terror season one. Late to the party as usual but we enjoyed it enough to binge watch the whole season this Labor Day weekend. Read mixed reviews of season two but will check it out at some point.

Watching Kaos on netflix - very well done, intelligent show IMHO.

Well, I'll tell you what I'm not watching....Any Disney network on my DirecTV Streaming...
ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNNews, Fx, Disney, DisneyXD

I don't know who's wrong or who's overly greedy...but this shit is annoyingly terrible.

FIX IT

Finally resolved yesterday. That took longer than I expected.

I read an article about Tubi this morning about their oddball lo-budget movies, like this one:

That looks so bad it might be good.

So heeman,

Have you found the time yet to watch the Sopranos?
We are in the middle of Season 4 and enjoying it! Growing up in the greater NY City area, I somehow feel in tune with the vibe as strange as that may sound. All the best in 2025!

Half way through six episode Western series American Primeval on Netflix. Pretty engaging so far. Style (albeit not necessarily substance) lands somewhere in between The Revenant and Hostiles.

pretty hyped up series based on reviews online.

personally it was a bit of a let down. good story just needed a bit more personality.

in contrast, finished Cross and found it every entertaining. then again i loved the lead when he was in a tv show called leverage.

also finished SAS Rogue Heroes season 1, then in afterthought it had a bit more filler than i wanted. so back burner for season 2.

On call on amazon prime? - man, the first episode was painful. hard pass.

I thought it was watchable but by no means great. It did get me reading about some of the history from this period which was ultimately probably more interesting then the show itself.

Watched two episodes of this last night. Bloody violent!! Wife won't watch it with me, too much for her!! Will finish the series.

I bought a ton of old TV series on Vudu and have been watching them with the family. It is fun introducing my daughter to some of the shows I grew up on, like The Fall Guy, Magnum, Miami Vice, and others.

I am really surprised at how well Miami Vice aged. It was truly groundbreaking and I think changed TV forever.

what about

A Team
Hunter (which may be a bit like a cheapo version of Magnum)
Million dollar man
Highway to heaven
The Incredible Hulk
House on the prairie
Dallas (im not sure how old your kids are haywood)
Moonlighting
Twilight Zone (80s version)

these of course are some of the shows i ended growing up with.

Extraction 2 is a painful pill to swallow. halfway through.

I enjoyed Silo very much..for what my opinion is worth!! Did free Apple+ and binge watch Ted Lasso and Silo. Then cancelled. Now season 2 of Silo is out!! I hate this streaming world/ old dinosaur cable world!

copy that, im going to invest in silo then.

rebecca ferguson is awesome. i loved what or how she explained her exit on the mission impossible franchise. she was great, but also didnt want to miss out on opportunities just waiting on the sidelines developing a story.
