Chris - THANK YOU. This was one of the best movies I've seen in a long time. To me, kind of like a contemporary descendant of Breakfast Club. It's that good.

And yeah Emma Watson was awesome, and she does a pretty good 'Murican accent!

We really enjoyed this one! Thanks Guys for posting.

Going to look for the sound track, a lot of good tunes in this movie!

Admittedly, expectations were excessively low for this one but it was much more enjoyable and entertaining than I thought it would be.

Thanks guys for the tip on "Perks of being a Wallflower" I've seen it listed on my various sites but was always hesitant as I've never heard anything about it. So I paid the 4.00 for the HDX version and hopefully watch it over the three day weekend.

Well there was nothing to watch so tonight watched "The perks of being a Wallflower" and loved loved this movie. Loved the story, really loved the soundtrack. Loved they showed so much of The Rocky Horror Picture Show" I used to go every weekend in high school and college. What a great movie. Thanks for the suggestion.

Do you guys have any other great suggestions on what movies to watch?

Perks was a great recommendation.

Keith off the top of my head, some movies that "stuck" with me for whatever reason:

It's Kind of a Funny Story (Zack Gilanfanakis, some similarities to Perks of Being a Wallflower also a good soundtrack)
Garden State (Zach Braff, Natalie Portman, incredible soundtrack)
Source Code (Jake Gylennhaal, Michelle Monaghan)
Extract (Jason Bateman, Mila Kunis, sleeper comedy IMO)
In Bruges (Colin Ferrell, Brandon Gleeson, Ralph Fiennes, dark comedy)
Limitless (Bradley Cooper, Robert DeNiro, there's an upcoming TV series based on and following the events of the movie)
Trance (James McAvoy, Vincent Cassell, Rosario Dawson, not your average heist movie and a soundtrack that IMO, almost does for this movie what the Tron: Legacy soundtrack did for it, crank your system)
The Thomas Crown Affair (Pierce Brosnan, Rene Russo, fun "cat and mouse" heist movie remade, good scenery and music in several chapters)
Kick-Ass (Nic Cage, Chloe Grace-Moretz, Mark Strong, Aaron Johnson) IMO one of THE BEST "comic book" movies ever made)

Thanks Chris!

Limitless - we have an it was great!

Source Code - we have, need to rewatch, don't really remember it.

The others except for Trance are under $10, I will order........

Added two more, and I must also add for Trance, Rosario Dawson....full frontal nudity if that helps :eusa-whistle:

The World's End (Friends attempt to relive an epic pub crawl from 20 years earlier and end-up saving the world).
Darjeeling Limited (Three brothers ride a train across India trying to cope with their father's death)

Some Batman guy from Delawhere, gave me the Kick-Ass Blu-Ray back some years ago......Pretty nice guy! He didn't know me all that well back then and asked me if I could handle some of the craziness in the movie, well that is now a no brainer!!

:music-rockout: :music-rockout:

Sideways (Paul Giamatti, Thomas Haden Church, Virginia Madsen, one friend takes another on a road trip to several wineries for his "bachelor party", comedy, it won't strain your system even a little :happy-smileygiantred: )

Enemy at the Gates (Jude Law, Ed Harris, underrated movie IMO telling the story of russian sniper Vassili Zaitsev)

That guy sounds all kinds of AWESOME!!!

Enemy At the Gates is a great recommendation. Ed Harris and Jude Law both are pretty good in it, as well as Daniel Craigs wife, which I can't recall her name.

I brought this movie up before, but About Time with Domnhall Gleeson and Rachael McAdams is a really good movie. While it is somewhat of a romantic comedy, it is also does a pretty unique take on time travel, and I recently saw it on a list of top ten movies about time travel. It also has Bill Nighy, which he is great in everything he does. Very worthy of at least a rental.

^^ Yeah those are both really good too. While JK Simmons is in a supporting role, he's good and funny as hell in Juno.

And I enjoyed The Way Way Back and Sam Rockwell made that movie for me.

Great recommendations!

A great heist movie is "After the Sunset" with Pierce Brosnan. It's one of mine and KingMatt's favorite movies. Oh and Salma Hayek in a bikini pretty much all thru the movie. Great action, romance and comedy movie.

The Hudsucker Proxy. Great early Coen brothers movie with Tim Robbins who invents the Hula Hoop. Funny movie about how shady corporate America is.

Oh Brother Where Art Thou. Another Coen Brothers classic. The telling of Homer's The Odyssey never was funnier.
